fees and cancellation policy

Appointments are available weekdays by appointment only, Please contact me by phone to arrange a time that suits.

Standard appointments are 45-50 minutes in length which allows time to perform the required comprehensive cleaning prior the the next appointment.

I reserve the right to triage all perspective clients prior to an appointment being made, and to terminate treatment at my discretion if I feel that the clinic policies or safety have been breached.

Standard Consultation - $90 (45-50 Minutes)

Payment by Cash or EFTPOS available

 In 2020 the Australian Government de-listed many forms of natural therapies from health fund provider status. 

This service cannot be claimed, and there are no concession discounts available.

My current fee remains at 2019 levels, making this service much less expensive than others. 

 Cancellations must be more than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time to allow someone else to use the appointment.

This is fair on me and other potential clients.

No shows are not tolerated (unless in an emergency situation) and unless paid for by credit card prior to rebooking, will result in termination of treatment. 

Please don’t be insulted when I ask for payment. This is business.

This is a PROFESSIONAL service. I work very limited hours to protect myself from another burnout experience. I do not tolerate no shows or late cancellations because I need to protect my limited income. Appointments are hard to get, please respect that.
